Launceston College is proud to be presenting We Will Rock You as our major production, celebrating over 20 continuous years of large scales musicals on the Theatre Stage.Set in a futuristic world where AI has taken over and live music has been banned, We Will Rock You follows a fearless group of rock rebels, the Bohemians, as they stand up against the all-powerful Globalsoft corporation and its ruler, the Killer Queen. Their mission? To rediscover real music, reclaim individuality, and ignite the rebirth of rock and roll.
Featuring over 100 Launceston College students, this show is more than a musical, it’s a party that will leave you breathless!
As part of our fundraising efforts, we are holding a Gala Auction at Launceston College on Friday, June 19. This will be a fun night where all our sponsors, parents and staff will be invited to attend an auction, where they can bid on some fantastic items, enjoy food and drinks and be treated to a preview of some songs featured in the show.
