Get ready to rock with Upwey High School’s 2026 production of Rock of Ages: Teen Edition! Set to a soundtrack of classic 80s hits, this high energy musical follows a small-town dreamer, a city boy, and a group of larger-than-life characters fighting to save their beloved rock venue from being demolished.

At the centre of the story is the famous Bourbon Room, a place where music, friendship, dreams, and chaos all collide. When plans are made to clean up the Sunset Strip and turn it into something more polished, the regulars must band together to protect the heart and soul of rock and roll. Along the way, there are big vocals, bold characters, hilarious moments, unexpected friendships, and plenty of dramatic 80s flair.

Please arrive early as parking may be difficult due to basketball on the night. Accessible parking will be available up the carpark ramp, and a member of staff will be there to direct you.

Programmes and intermission refreshments will be cash only, as we do not have card processing capabilities.

We highly encourage attendees to dress in theme for the occasion, so bring your best 80s rock-inspired outfits, big hair, denim, leather, and glam-rock energy.
