June Long weekend, meet your new favourite plan.Chef Lasse Povlsen is bringing a proper Danish smørrebrød lunch to Under The Sun on Sunday June 7th. Three pieces, three wines to match, $60 a head.
Roll in anytime 12–3pm. Stay as long as the afternoon will have you.
30 tickets. Once they're gone, they're gone.
On the menu:
Kartoffel Mad (V): potato, onionweed mayo, pickled onion flower, crispy shallots
Frikadeller: Danish pork meatballs, white asparagus, prawns, parsley
Leverpostej: chicken liver parfait, pickled beetroot, mushrooms, bacon
Swap one for pickled herring with house-made curry salad if you wish to.
Please note due we cannot cater to dietaries such as vegetarian or GF.
