Join us Thursday mornings at 9:30am at Inner Health Centre for our 1hr Reset Breath Sessions 🤍These gentle weekly sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset your nervous system in a supportive and calming space. Each week carries a slightly different intention, allowing you to explore different themes and emotions through breath, awareness and connection.
The session includes a grounding meditation, a 40 minute guided breathflow and sound to support relaxation, release and inner balance. Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply needing time for yourself, this is a beautiful way to pause and refill your cup before moving into the rest of your week.
No experience is needed — just come as you are 🌿
