About
From Wednesday 1 July to Friday 3 July, all Year 11 students will participate in their Year 11 Retreat. It is a highlight of the school year and an important part of each student’s journey at Kolbe Catholic College.
The theme of this Retreat is “I call you my friends” (John 15:9–17), focusing on relationships with self, others and God. Retreats provide an opportunity to step away from the routines and distractions of everyday life, allowing students time to reflect, connect, and grow in their understanding of themselves and those around them.
We encourage all Year 11 students to approach the Retreat with an open mind and positive attitude, as this will help make the experience both meaningful and rewarding for everyone involved.
Year 11 Retreat experience begins with Mass at 8.10am in the chapel. Students are to arrive at the College by 8am to allow enough time to drop their luggage in the designated location prior to Mass.
