B3 Progress Meetings (Parent Teacher Interviews) 2026
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss your child’s progress this year. During the interview, the teacher will share current achievements, outline short term goals and next steps, and provide practical suggestions to support learning at home.
Each 10 minute meeting will follow a consistent structure focused on your child’s progress, areas for growth, and goals identified by the teacher. To ensure the smooth running of the afternoon, we ask all families to adhere closely to the scheduled appointment times so that each meeting can begin and conclude promptly.
To make the most of your interview, you may wish to consider the following questions prior to your appointment:
What are your child’s strengths?
Where would you like to see your child develop further this year?
What are your child’s interests?
Is there anything outside of school that may currently be impacting your child’s learning or wellbeing?
