Join us for Winter Warmers — a relaxed and welcoming evening of games, warm food, music, dancing, and community connection.The afternoon begins at 4:00pm with casual games, social activities, and acoustic music through to 5:30pm. This gives everyone the chance to settle in, meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy the space at their own pace. Whether you enjoy board games, card games, conversation, or simply relaxing with others, there will be something for everyone.
At 5:30pm we’ll begin serving pre-dinner snacks, followed by the main meal from 6:15pm. Throughout the evening we’ll have a range of food available in a friendly community atmosphere designed to feel welcoming, inclusive, and low pressure.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements (including IDDSI levels) at least one week prior to the event to allow adequate time for catering preparations.
From 6:30pm, the dance floor will open for a relaxed community dance where guests can dance, listen to music, socialise, or simply enjoy the atmosphere however feels most comfortable for them. A low sensory / quiet space will again be available for anyone who needs to power down for a moment before rejoining the fun.
Winter Warmers is an all-access community event created to bring people together in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where everyone belongs.
