Private booking of Picnic Area from 11 am until 1:30 pmTrains depart from the station from 11 am until 4 pm
Train rides can be purchased when booking the picnic area.
Train tickets are also available from the ticket office on the day.

Terms and Conditions
Payment is required at time of booking.
If you wish to cancel the booking, please contact the event organizer via email or Trybooking.
If you cancel the booking, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be retained.
In case of a cancellation by the Box Hill Miniature Steam Railway Society, the price paid will be fully refunded.
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event, 50% of the booking price will be retained.
No refund for no shows or cancellation less than 24 hours before the event.
