Hi everyone, next workshop will be Sunday 31st of May.
10:00AM to 12:00PM
This will be a NOGI workshop. We will be building on Attacks from the K guard.
- K-guard entries and retention against kneeling and standing opponents.
- Back take options from the K-guard
- Armbars and Triangles from K-guard
- Specific training and sparring.
This session will be nogi but a lot of the concepts carry over into the gi.
