This immersive, full-day program provides participants with the opportunity to:

Explore human factors and team dynamics in high-stakes clinical care.

Master the management of complex and difficult airways, including CICO scenarios, tracheostomy and laryngectomy emergencies

Engage in advanced simulation-training with hands-on intubation practice across a range of challenging airway scenarios

Strengthen leadership and communication skills

Gain familiarity with critical airway equipment and refine procedural skills in airway rescue techniques
Led by an experienced, multidisciplinary simulation faculty of FCICM and FANZCA clinicians, the course fosters open discussion, peer learning, and reflective practice in a supportive environment.This course will ensure you meet CICM CPD requirements with confidence, enhancing your clinical skills and preparedness in high-risk airway scenarios, accounting for 9 hours of educational domain category 1 for CPD requirements

M.A.C.4.ICU.Teams commences at 8:00am and concludes at 4:00pm. To allow the course to run on time registrants are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the course start time. The course is fully catered.Location
