Yoga + Acro Flow (Beginner Friendly)Join us for a 1.5-hour session where yoga meets acro in a playful, supportive space. We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow to warm up the body, then explore the foundations of acro through simple partner work, balance, and connection.
This class is beginner friendly, but best suited for people who enjoy being active, love learning new things, and are open to a bit of challenge. Expect laughter, teamwork, and that spark you feel when you try something different.
No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to connect with like-minded people.
