Emergencies like storm and flood, bushfire, housefire, and heatwave can happen anytime. It is important everyone is aware of local risk and proactive steps we can take to prepare.Join members of Council’s Emergency Management Team to learn about local emergency risks and simple, accessible steps you can take to be better prepared.
Topics will include:
• An overview of local risks and historical emergency impacts in the City of Casey.
• Tips on how to get emergency warnings and information, including options suitable for people with different access or communication needs.
• An introduction to helpful emergency planning tools, with a focus on supporting people with a disability or additional needs.
