Veronica Rustica

Veronica is the General Manager of Communication Skills Academy – and an experienced business leader, educator and copywriter. As a natural-born communicator, she’s seamlessly navigated diverse careers in government, education and professional services.

She knows how to rearrange words in ways that everyone can understand. It’s a skill she’s used to help many businesses master their message – including Deakin University, Melbourne City Mission, Hacer Group, Monash University and Women In Industrial.

Vikki Maver

Vikki is the Founder of Communication Skills Academy – as well as our sister brand, Refresh Marketing (Australia’s longest-running copywriting agency).

As a veteran communications professional, Vikki’s been writing for businesses since 2003. She’s the facilitator of choice for a long list of national and global brands – including McDonald’s, ANZ, Nine, Ralph Lauren, AMP, GE Capital, Monash University and World Vision.

Having trained thousands of people with consistently outstanding feedback, Vikki is one of Australia’s most experienced writing skills trainers.
