A Parent’s Guide to Youth Athlete Development
About
Raising a young athlete today can feel more complex than ever. Between packed schedules, competitive teams, school commitments, and the pressures of high-performance environments, most parents are navigating the journey without a clear roadmap. You might find yourself asking:
How do I structure their week to set them up for success?
How much training is too much?
What actually matters most for long-term development?
How do I reduce injury risk?
What should I know about recovery and nutrition?
This session is designed to answer those questions for athletes aged 13+ in a practical way giving you the tools and confidence to support your young athlete's development.
Over the past 15 years, I've worked with youth and elite athletes across NRL, Wallabies, and NSWIS programs. I’ve also worked with hundreds of parents like you who are trying to figure out how to best support their child’s sporting goals while balancing everything else life throws at them.
Spots are limited to keep the session interactive, secure yours early.
See you there!
