Midwinter Sound Immersion
About
Join your hosts Donna and Jacqui for an immersive evening.Relax & Receive is a nourishing sound bath experience created as a quiet pause just for you. This is your time to step away from the noise, the responsibilities, and the constant doing, and simply allow yourself to be held in sound, stillness, and gentle care.
There is nothing you need to fix, force, or figure out. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, settle into your body, soften your mind, and receive the calming vibrations of sound in your own way.
This session is a space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself — a moment to breathe, let go, and receive what your mind, body, heart, and nervous system have been asking for.
You'll be supported by the gentle soothing tones from Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Drums, Gongs, other percussion instruments and the Voice to anchor your journey in peace and presence.
R&R Sound Journeys are for people who simply want to relax and receive nuturing without breathwork, other modalities or being forced to 'release'. With R&R nothing is forced, everything is just balanced.
