Join specialist art teacher, Kasia Janczewski from The Make Mistakes School of Art to create Living Lights! these school holidays at Where the Wild Things Are Bookshop, West End! Kasia will guide little and big artists through a range of art-making activities from her term art classes that explore the connection between light, plants and people to create a series of light sculptures.Kids can participate independently or with a grown-up, and make art side-by-side to rediscover the joy of learning through ‘making mistakes’. Artists will contemplate the power of light while learning how to manipulate a variety of media and techniques. Everyone will leave with several artworks, a tummy full of morning tea and their heart brimming with creativity!
