When you arrive in Hobart, you will step into an experience unlike any other. Across the Leadership Forum, you will be immersed in learning, ideas and engaging discussion. As evening falls, you will arrive at Wrest Point transformed and ready to celebrate our remarkable Awards finalists in style before dancing the night away.And for six women only, the experience does not end there.
Following the Forum and Awards Gala, you are invited to extend your stay with an intimate and restorative Winter Wellness getaway on beautiful Bruny Island — a rare opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect.

From 15–17 August 2026, enjoy two nights of secluded luxury overlooking the water, where Tasmania's winter landscape creates the perfect backdrop for rest and renewal.
Bruny Island offers space for long exhale moments, star-filled nights gathered around the fire pit, slow mornings with coffee overlooking the water and the chance to simply pause amongst wonderful company.
Guided by Dr Rebecca Chabot, you will experience evidence-based wellness practices designed to help regulate stress and support nervous system restoration, while allowing yourself time to slow down and recharge.
Your Winter Wellness experience includes:
