Make a Leather Strop
About
A leather strop is the best way to maintain your edges on your knives. With a polishing compound embedded in your leather surface, it polishes the edge - which is honing that edge on a very fine level. Woodcarvers are constantly stropping their carving tools to keep the edges razor sharp. Whittlers really feel the difference after stropping their Sloyd knife. In this workshop, you learn to make and to use your own custom strop. Your tool edges will never be the same again!
No prior woodworking experience necessary. This workshop provides a great opportunity to begin a woodworking journey of discovery. Even if you are a seasoned woodworker, there are always new things to learn & experience.
