Join Dr Louis Udomsak, ordained Thai monk and Buddhist teacher at the Dhammaduta Coffs Harbour.Join us for a free Dhamma Class on the topic of Awakening the Heart, including meditation practise of sitting & walking.
This will be Dr Louis's last Dhamma talk at the Dhammaduta for now. Hopefully we can get him back soon!
After class we will have an event for Vesak Day, celebrating the life of the Buddha. You are welcome to join us.
