1. Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements or menu modifications for this event. Our menu is set, and while we aim to provide a diverse selection of dishes, we cannot guarantee the absence of specific allergens.
2. Tickets purchased at member pricing must be made by current St George Sailing Club members. Bookings made under member pricing without a valid membership will be required to pay the price difference.
3. When booking multiple tickets, all tickets will be issued under the name of the person making the booking.
4. Cancellations made prior to 9am Monday 17th August will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 9am Monday 17th August and 9am Wednesday 19th August will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after 9am Wednesday 19th August. Tickets may be transferred to another guest prior to the event. Please notify the club of any name changes in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
5. All ticket holders will have entry from 7pm.
