Dear Junior School Parents,We invite you to join us for our upcoming Parent Workshop on Writing at Strathcona Junior School. This engaging session will give families a behind-the-scenes look at how our teachers foster strong writing skills in the classroom, sharing the strategies, routines, and learning experiences that help students become confident writers. We’ll also break down how writing is assessed across the school and highlight the key indicators we use to track progress and achievement. Parents will leave with practical, easy-to-implement ideas to encourage and support writing at home.
To accommodate busy schedules, we are offering two identical sessions:
Tuesday 2nd June from 8:30 to 9:15 am
Wednesday 3rd June from 2:30 to 3:15 pm.
Both workshops cover the same content, so simply choose the time that works best for you.
