This program is designed for dancers but beneficial to all teens. It is an 8 week program that will teach teens how to lift safely, improve their strength, power, conditioning and fitness which will have amazing benefits for their dancing.
By getting stronger, more conditioned and fitter, the dancers will have less chance of injury, improve their endurance, movement patterns and have more ease within their dancing.
