This year cancellations will be processed each Monday at approximately 7pm. As the cancellations are processed tickets will be re-released for sale and available to whoever grabs them first. If you miss out on a ticket we recommend jumping on to the booking site each week around this time to see if something becomes available.

Need to Transfer a Ticket?

We receive many requests to transfer tickets into another person’s name. In the past, this hasn’t been possible due to insurance requirements, but this year we’ve introduced a process to make ticket transfers available.

If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, please select the TRANSFER ticket type. A fee of $15 per ticketapplies for each change.

You will need to provide:

• The details of the original ticket holder
• The details of the new ticket holder

Before the new ticket is issued, we will contact the original purchaser to confirm the transfer.

Please note:

• The original payment will not be refunded
• Any payment arrangements between the original purchaser and the new ticket holder are your responsibility
• Ticket transfers will close one week prior to the event

Refunds are also available in accordance with our refund policy, so you do not need to transfer your ticket if you no longer wish to attend. The transfer option is simply available for those wanting to pass their ticket on to a friend.
