Sacred Nights | Embodied Dance & Women’s Community Evening
About
Facilitated by Dr Emily Mills and Tonya BatesJoin us for an evening of movement, ritual, connection, and community.
Sacred Nights is a space for women to soften, reconnect with themselves, and move their bodies without pressure, performance, or expectation. This is not about being a “good dancer.” It is about expression, presence, nervous system release, and remembering what it feels like to be fully in your body.
Together we will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation designed to ground the body, settle the mind, and create a safe, connected space for the evening ahead.
From there, you’ll be guided through 20 minutes of simple choreographed embodied movement before opening into free dance — allowing space for intuitive movement, emotional release, joy, play, and freedom.
The evening will close slowly with the opportunity to sit together, connect, laugh, and build genuine community with like-minded women.
