Let's Bake Bread is a beginner bread making class to cover the basics - and take home delicious bread while you're at it! We will cover what flour to use (and why it is important), measuring, mixing, rising and baking your dough.I use a very easy, no knead recipe perfect if you're busy or just like keeping it simple. 5 minutes measuring and mixing and the work is mostly done!
Please note, this is a beginner class and features bread made with wheat flour. It is not sourdough or gluten free, though the basics in this workshop can be helpful for those too.
Per attendee is $30, which includes a fresh baked small bread loaf and your own dough to take home and bake, along with printed instructions.
