Charcoal Drawing 4 Week Course
About
In these 4 weeks course, participants will be introduced to charcoal as a highly versatile drawing medium. They will explore a range of techniques and experiment with different subjects to draw, building an understanding of the various types of charcoal, suitable surfaces, and tools used in charcoal drawing. The session will also cover the general advantages and limitations of working with this medium.Week 1 is “Introduction to charcoal drawing”
Week 2 is about “Drawing a still life”
Week 3 is about “Drawing a landscape”
Week 4 is about “Drawing an animal or a bird”
This class is ideal for both beginners and more experienced artists who want to explore the unique magic of charcoal drawing.
Participants are welcome to book any single session or the full course.
All materials are supplied, and each participant will leave with a small, framed artwork they have created themselves.
