Family Constellations Workshop
About
27 June, 2026
11am – 6pm
Cromer Community Centre
150 Fisher Rd North, Cromer NSW 2099
Do you ever feel that certain patterns keep repeating in your life — in relationships, family, emotions, work or the way you see yourself?
Sometimes we carry more than we realise. Family stories, unspoken pain, old loyalties and emotional patterns can quietly shape how we feel, choose and relate to others.
Family Constellations is a gentle, experiential workshop that helps us look at these hidden patterns with more clarity, compassion and understanding.
This workshop is not about blaming parents, family or the past. It is about seeing the bigger picture and finding a more peaceful place within yourself. You may find this workshop helpful if you are experiencing:
• repeated relationship patterns
• family conflict or emotional distance
• anxiety, guilt or a sense of being stuck
• grief, loss or unresolved emotions
• difficulty setting boundaries
• a feeling that you are carrying something that is not fully yours.
