Community Sound Bath - Merbein

This is a community sound bath for all ages.
Join us for an hour-long session of mind and body relaxation through the tones and vibrations of a sound bath.
Close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply as you begin your sound journey to finding your calm and inner peace.
After the sound bath, we have allowed around 45 mins to enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuits.
Cost: $15 includes venue hire, tea/coffee & biscuits
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (We suggest a thick mat, or extra blankets to lay on)
- Pillow
- Blanket if you like to be cosy
- A water bottle (Water will also be available at the venue)
- Comfortable clothing
- If you already have an eye pillow, bring that too!
To fully enjoy your session, please arrive at least 10 mins early, turn off mobile phone, and settle in. Doors open at 6:30pm.
Plenty of parking.
Disability access friendly.
Toilets onsite.
If you prefer to sit, there are plenty of chairs available, or bring your own.
Lavender buckwheat eye pillows will be available to purchase for $10 online or at the venue.
If the event is fully booked, please add your name to the waitlist. Please notify us if you cannot make it so that someone can take your place.
