We live in a world that leaves its mark on us. Anxiety, broken relationships, unspoken pain, and wounds we don't always have words for. This retreat is an invitation for young adults (18–30) to step away from the noise and encounter the healing love of Jesus Christ in a safe, supported, and Spirit-filled environment.

Over a weekend together, from Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon, you'll have the space to go deeper: to pray, to be prayed for, and to begin a journey of inner healing that can transform your life from the inside out.
Areas of healing that may be explored include:

- healing from Sexual sins and how our body responds to it
- Emotional wounds including grief, rejection, shame, fear, and past trauma
- Broken relationships from family pain, friendship wounds, and relational hurt
- Identity struggles and finding your true worth and purpose in Christ
- Anxiety and depression and bringing these into the light of God's peace
- Unhealthy soul ties and freedom from attachments that hold you back
- Unforgiveness and bitterness and releasing what weighs you down
- Spiritual blockages and opening your heart more fully to the Holy Spirit

Leading this retreat is Diana Ingle, President and CEO of CRA Restore, an international inner healing ministry. With decades of experience in inner healing and deliverance ministry, Diana has taught and led courses across New Zealand, the United States, and beyond.
