Submit an Expression of Interest for the OzHarvest NEST Program and learn practical skills around healthy eating, low-cost cooking, meal planning, and food sustainability in a fun and welcoming community environment.Each session includes a 1-hour educational component followed by a hands-on cooking session, where participants will prepare simple, healthy, and budget-friendly meals while building confidence in the kitchen. Participants will also explore practical ways to reduce food waste, improve food security, and support healthier eating habits.
All food, equipment, and educational resources are provided. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate, take-home resources, and the OzHarvest Everyday Cookbook featuring affordable and nutritious recipes.
Please note participants are required to commit to the full 6-week program as places are limited. Successful participants will be contacted directly to confirm their place in the program.
