The STRA Industry Leadership Awards is about recognising the leaders of the STRA (Short Term Rental Accommodation) Industry and celebrating their successes.
With 5 categories, from short-stay operators who have one property to those representing a group of properties on behalf of owner, there is something for everyone, and we'd love you to get involved.
Categories are:
- Outstanding STRA Owner, Operator or Property Manager Award
- Innovation Award
- Inclusivity Award - Eco-friendly & accessibility/Community Impact
- Social Media Award
- Supplier of the Year Award
and an award category exclusive to attendees of the STRA Summit 2027 - the WTF?!? Award.

At the end of each of those forms, it will tell the user to go to https://www.trybooking.com/DMSWX to complete payment for nomination fee (if there are a non-member of STAAA).
