Join me for an evening of deep rest, relaxation and inner connection through the practice of Yoga Nidra — often known as “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation invites you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can completely relax while the mind gently unwinds.During this session you’ll be guided through breath awareness, body relaxation and visualisation to help calm the nervous system, release stress and restore balance. No experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, emotionally drained or simply in need of a moment to slow down and reconnect.
Please bring anything you need to feel cosy and supported such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water. 🤍
