Come and spend an hour learning some new skills on the silks and lyra hoop!🌈

Beginner 1-2pm (no prerequisites)

Intermediate 2-3pm (climb silks, pull self up on a high hoop)

Advanced 3-4pm (upside down cross-back from a climb, pull self up on high hoop, & tummy tuck on a high hoop)

Spots are limited in each class so book now to ensure your spot!🥰
