Full Moon Sound Journey (SOLD OUT)
Come and join me for a Full moon Sound Journey on Tuesday 30 June from 6.30pm-8.30pm.
Under the full moon in Capricorn,
we will set our intentions, journal and take time to let go, in the fire, what no longer serves us. This also includes a 60 minute Sound Journey.
Let the gentle and harmonic sounds of different instruments, Singing Bowls and Gongs take you on an inner journey.
Reset, ground and balance yourself. Cultivate mindfulness.
This is an open class and everyone is welcome. No experience neccessary.
Please arrive 10min early to settle in. All you need to bring is a bottle of water, your beautiful self and the openness to relax and JUST BE.

Exchange is $39 per person.
