Introductory Recorder Ensemble Afternoon
About
This three hour workshop is for people wanting to become more confident recorder players, and for less experienced players who would like the chance to play in an ensemble in a friendly, supportive environment.The workshop is designed for:
* Players with little or no ensemble experience
* People who haven't been playing for long
* Players who find the usual EMSQ ensemble workshop music a bit too challenging
* Players who are already familiar with one fingering/clef but are learning another and would like to
play some easier ensemble music to help them get used to it
* Players who want to become more confident
The workshop will be presented by Brisbane-based recorder teacher, performer, composer and workshop presenter, Yvette Friend.
