Encouraging open communication, shared learning and practical strategies these workshops are for parents and their 12-17year old children focusing on preventing & delaying the use of alcohol, drug, vaping & nicotine use while also addressing the related issues of teenage mental health, wellbeing & anxiety.
Delivered across three sessions, the workshops are designed for teens and their parent(s) or carers to attend together. Families are welcome to attend multiple or single sessions.
