The Sunday Reset is a deeply calming and immersive sound bath designed to guide you into a state of inner stillness and connection. Through the gentle vibrations of instruments, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath, body, and spirit. This nourishing experience creates a peaceful space for reflection, renewal, and quiet transformation.

Our signature Sunday group sound bath is limited to 10 people. Participants are provided with a 10cm thick mattress, buckwheat bolster cushion, pillow and blanket. Every detail has your comfort in mind. An eye pillow is highly recommended for your deeper relaxation. Treat yourself to some essential oil spray and a take home tea. Water is provided.

Sound Vibes' lavender buckwheat eye pillows are available for purchase when booking, or at the venue.

What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- If you already have an eye pillow, bring that too!

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you can unwind and settle in before your session begins. We kindly ask that you switch off your mobile phone and keep noise to a minimum upon entering.

If a session is booked out, you are more than welcome to join the waitlist. This will add you to the orderly digital queue.

If someone cancels, you’ll be alerted by email.

Cancellation Policy -
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer your time slot to another client.

Please note: Group sound bath bookings are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transfered to another session or another person. Group Sound Baths must have a minimum of four participants to go ahead. In the event that the session is cancelled by Sound Vibes, tickets will be refunded.

If you do not wish to accept our cancellation policy, you are welcome to book on the day you wish to visit. Please note, availability may be limited.
