It draws on psychotherapeutic practices such as parts work, attachment theory and somatic embodiment to explore our Inner Romance and how we can cultivate secure, loving attachment within self, and with others.

That Inner Other, who knows exactly what it is that you need to hear.
How you like to be touched.
How you like to be held.
What turns you on.
They know exactly what it was that you mean by your words.
The intention behind your actions.

In this ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฅ๐ข ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฃ we will:
โข Enquire into our own patterns of romantic love, attachment and relating
โข Get curious about who or what โThe Belovedโ is for each of us
โข Explore The Inner Beloved as an animate, relational presence within
โข Meet your own Inner Beloved through guided meditation & embodied practice
โข Dialogue with the Inner Beloved and listen for what they have to share
โข Begin cultivating a felt sense of secure, loving attachment within yourself, that you can take into your daily life.
This evening is for you if you are longing to deepen your relationship with yourself, explore love and attachment through the body, and discover a more intimate inner source of steadiness, devotion, desire and belonging.
