Join us for an evening of exceptional food and wine as Elderton Wines returns to Headlands Austinmer Beach for our annual wine dinner.

Hosted by the Elderton winemaking team, this one-night-only event features a multi-course feasting menu thoughtfully paired with a selection of acclaimed Barossa wines, including the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Ashmead Cabernet Sauvignon and Command Shiraz.

Enjoy Sydney rock oysters with finger lime caviar, slow roasted beef cheeks, pork porchetta, roast chicken, rosemary infused venison and a curated cheese course, with each dish matched to showcase the character of Elderton's wines.
