Step inside a working mushroom farm for one of the festival’s most immersive food experiences.Guests begin among the growing racks where extraordinary mushrooms flourish. Then gather in the temperature controlled incubation room for a warming bowl of ramen where mushrooms take centre stage, followed by a fungi-inspired dessert.
From grow room to table, this experience offers a rare opportunity to taste mushrooms exactly where they are grown.
