The Night Sky Wellbeing Project: Art, Astronomy and ConnectionJoin us for a magical evening under the stars on the Hay Plains β one of Australia's most spectacular locations for stargazing.
Set in the lush grounds of Burraburoon Farmstay, this special event brings together art, astronomy and community for an unforgettable night. From 5:30pm, guests are invited to explore the Southern Sky David Malin Awards Astrophotography Exhibition and enjoy canapΓ©s at Booroorban Hall, before the evening unfolds into something truly special.
On the night you can expect:
Light painting and smartphone astrophotography with artist Melanie Anderson
Supper and live music from Harpist Roderick McLeod by the billabong at the farmstay.
Dark skies and astronomy talks with Marnie Ogg and Fred Watson.
Whether you're a seasoned stargazer or simply looking for a beautiful night out with good people, this is an evening designed to slow you down, lift your eyes, and reconnect β with the sky, with nature, and with each other.
