Falls Creek Alpine Resort is commencing an important strategic review to help shape a stronger, more aligned and future‑focused direction for the resort. As one of Australia’s leading alpine destinations, Falls Creek continues to operate in a rapidly evolving environment influenced by visitor expectations, infrastructure needs, financial pressures and climate considerations.To support this work, Sports Advisory Partners Australia (SAPA) has been engaged to lead community consultation, strategic analysis and the development of a new external‑facing Strategic Plan. This plan will define long‑term priorities, measurable outcomes and a practical framework to guide decision‑making and collaboration across the resort.
