You don't need to be an artist. You just need to show up.
Experience 2 hours of Art experimentation with No expectations. No "good" or "bad." Just mediums to explore, space to breathe, and a room where creativity becomes the way in, not the point.
Think of it as a taste tester. Ink, paint, clay, mixed media, collage — try it once or keep what resonates. Each session will try a new medium and you will walk out having made some art and space for yourself.
This isn't art class. It's a guided program of expression designed specifically for veterans and their adult family members - where self-expression does the work that words sometimes can't.
