The Progressions Program
About
Progressions is a 10-week strength training program for teenagers aged 13–17.Teens will learn and practise fundamental strength training movements while building real confidence in the gym. The program is structured across 3 progressive phases, each one building on the last to develop solid movement foundations and genuine strength gains.
