Join us on Friday, July 24 for an unforgettable evening - A Celebration of International Jazz - showcasing the exceptional talent of the Barker jazz program. For one night, the MPH is transformed into a vibrant, groovy jazz supper club - there’s no other music event on the calendar like it! Get ready to be captivated by outstanding performances from the Year 8–12 Jazz Ensembles, Junior School Stage Band, Middle School Big Band, Middle School Jazz Orchestra, Big Band, Jazz Orchestra, and the Staff Invitational Big Band. This cocktail-style event features delicious hot and cold internationally themed food served throughout the evening, an open bar, and ample space to socialise and dance along to the swinging rhythms of our talented musicians. Barker Swings is a major fundraiser for FOBM, supporting the Music Program and its students, making your attendance even more meaningful. This is an adults-only event. |
