Presenter: Irene Clelland
Irene is the CEO of Arafmi, Queensland’s peak body and service provider for mental health families and carers and has been a mental health carer since her teens. Originally from Scotland, moving to Queensland in 2011, she brings 30 years of experience working in not-for-profit organisations and government in leadership roles that support the community sector, including mental health, forensic services, alcohol and other drugs and disability services. Irene is also a board member of Mental Health Carers Australia and the Deputy Chair of the Queensland Carers Advisory Council.
