Saturday, 11th July 2025 - Tin Horse Events
- Competitors must complete online insurance registration for all riders via Ridernet before the weekend. No insurance no riding.
- Evening activities include a kids' disco with a sausage sizzle and music in the Woolshed.

Sunday, 12th July 2025- Horse Events
- Evening presentation in the Woolshed.

Important
- Prepayment is required for event nominations.
- Competitors capped to 50/event
- Competitors must register and sign paperwork on the day.
- Suitable clothing and helmets are mandatory.
- Dates of birth are required for all junior nominations.
Other information:
Pilbara Kitchen will be onsite all weekend.
The Western Collective will also be in attendance.

Membership Reminder:
1. Tickets are limited due to capacity & licensing restrictions.
2. Tickets non-transferable & refunds return the ticket to the club
3. Tickets with unknown addresses/names will be immediately cancelled/refunded.
4. No entry tickets available at the gate.
