The Foster and Kinship Carers Association NT is pleased to offer sponsored First Aid training places for eligible foster and kinship carers in Katherine.This TryBooking registration is an expression of interest for carers who would like to attend First Aid training in Katherine. The event date of 1 July 2026 is not the training date. FKCANT will use this date to review registrations and contact carers to confirm available course dates and booking arrangements.
We know carers do an incredible job every day supporting children and young people, and practical training like First Aid can help build confidence when responding to unexpected situations, injuries, or emergencies.
This opportunity is available to registered Department of Children and Families volunteer foster and kinship carers who are FKCANT members.
Available Katherine course dates currently include:
Tuesday 7 July 2026
8:15am to 4:30pm
Thursday 9 July 2026
8:15am to 4:30pm
Tuesday 11 August 2026
8:15am to 4:30pm
Location: Katherine Ambulance Station, Lot 3159 Chardon Street, Katherine NT 0850
Course cost: Sponsored by FKCANT for eligible carers
Places are limited and bookings will depend on course availability at the time FKCANT confirms registrations with St John NT.
