IBSA is excited to announce that this year we will be holding our Leadership Symposium in Brisbane at Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics and Technology on 21st August 2026 from 9am to 4:00pm.This year the symposium is targeted at leaders and educators and the theme for the Symposium is
“ Approaches to Teaching and Learning".
We have an incredible line up of keynote speakers from a range of educational fields, who will share their expertise and practical applications for what promises to be a transformational day!
Our 2026 event includes notable experts in education who will be covering key topics including:
-Building Capability through Critical Thinking and Collaboration
-Inspiring Learners as Curriculum Agents
-Transformational Intercultural Learning plus a workshop on the application of this approach.
*Includes Lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
