Strategy Workshop for Early Years
Imagined Futures would like you to be a part of two strategy workshops to develop a more aligned and effective early years system across Fremantle, Cockburn and Melville.
Across multiple data sources and service insights, a consistent pattern is emerging:
• Many children are starting well, but early vulnerability is increasing
• Families are experiencing greater pressure and complexity
• The system is not consistently reaching families early enough
The opportunity is to act now to strengthen early pathways - before challenges become more entrenched and harder to address.
These workshops will gather senior decision-makers and service delivery experts to:
1. Develop a shared understanding of how children and families are tracking in the early years (0–8)
2. Identify a small number of priorities for coordinated region-wide action
Following these workshops, we anticipate establishing a regional working group to:
• Maintain alignment across partners
• Support coordinated action against agreed priorities
• Strengthen the early years system over time
